Accueil du personnel formidable , à l écoute et disponible. Appartement impeccable. Établissement proche supermarché et d une station de métro . A noter les petites bouteilles d eau fournies à chaque ménage de l appartement. Établissement à recommander.

The apartment Layout is very well-planned. Great location near the metro. Very Courteous and responsive staff.

The Bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drainage. The staff however resolved this on the second day by moving to a bigger apartment at no extra cost. .

الاستقبال وموظف الاستقبال كان ضعيف موظف واحد والحجز اخذ مني نص ساعة

جيد الفندق هاديء ومريح الغرفة مجهزة بمطبخ متكامل أو شبه متكامل مسؤلة خدمة الغرف متعاونة جدا

عدم تنظيف أدوات المطبخ مثل القدور والأواني. إتصلت بالتونسية موظفة الإستقبال وطلبت التنظيف للأواني ووعدت بالرد ولم وهو تصرف مزعج كان بالإمكان الرد بعدم إمكانية ذلك

I would like to commend Ms. Eliza at the reception. She has been really thoughtful and helpful through my stay. After checking in, they called to check if everything was alright with the room, it's a really nice gesture. It was a first time here and it has been truly a wonderful stay. Thank you, Eliza and team.

Staff was great and nice, for me this location was also great, parking was easily availble, supermarkets, restaurants and metro station were just on walking distance.

they do not have lobby or meeting rooms. Dine in facility was not available but its ok becauase this was an apartment not hotel. i wish they could add it.
