About this apartment rental
This is the upstairs apartment in the Alte Zollhaus Fischbach, located in the heart of the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve. It also features two bathrooms and four bedrooms.
The non-smoking apartments on the first floor and upstairs have identical floor plans.
The difference: The ground-floor apartment is wheelchair-accessible.
Accordingly, the bathroom there is equipped accordingly, and the terrace is accessible from the courtyard via a ramp.
The Alte Zollhaus Fischbach was completely renovated from the ground up—including energy-efficiency upgrades.
It produces more than twice as much energy over the course of a year as it consumes—and is equipped with state-of-the-art environmental technology.
In 9 out of 12 months, energy comes exclusively from the sun.
The surplus from the 30-kW photovoltaic system is fed into the grid as soon as the approximately 20 kWh battery storage system is fully charged. On overcast days between November and January, electricity is drawn from the grid as needed.
Six CO₂ probes, each 99 meters deep, supply the two heat pumps, one for heating and one for hot water.
The house features a central ventilation system.

Das alte Zololhaus wurd mit Liebe zum Detail sehr hochwertig saniert und noch hochwertiger ausgestattet.

Alle Räume sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Telefon und E-Mail verlief schnell, freundlich und effektiv.
