Villa Everblue - 2-Bedroom House, 60 m² - Estate with Pool - Sleeps 4 - Les Hauts du Sémaphore - Sainte-Maxime
A true haven of comfort and happiness surrounded by nature, just a stone’s throw from the village center and the beaches of Sainte-Maxime... Come enjoy Villa Everblue, a 60 m² semi-detached villa with terraces and a 500 m² garden, bordering a private forest. Southwestern exposure with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.
Located within the private estate Les Hauts du Sémaphore, which features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a pétanque court. A quiet, residential, and sought-after neighborhood in Le Sémaphore, a 3-minute drive from the village center and also 3 minutes from La Nartelle Beach.
Our non-smoking cottage is laid out as follows:
| Living room with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi
| Dining room with table and chairs
| Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances, and cleaning supplies
| Bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower, and heated towel rack,
| Separate wall-mounted toilet
| Two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 200 cm bed and large built-in closets
| Terrace with a retractable awning, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill
| Relaxation area and pétanque court nestled among lush greenery, complete with armchairs, a hammock, and pétanque equipment!
Fully fenced property with two entrances: a main gate on the road side and a secondary gate on the forest side. Well-behaved, well-trained dogs are welcome and can enjoy their vacation here in peace. Food bowls are provided for them.
Upon your arrival, a trusted representative will welcome you, hand you the keys, and show you around the house and the property. Upon your departure, this same person will conduct the exit inspection. All of these services are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory. A staff member will disinfect and thoroughly clean the house upon your departure for a fee of €90. This service is in addition to the rental rate.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a security deposit check in the amount of €1,000, which will not be cashed. It will be returned to you upon your departure.
We also offer a linens service: 2 sets of bedding (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), 4 bath towels, 1 bath mat, and 2 kitchen towels. This service is available for an additional fee of €60; please let us know if you’d like to take advantage of it.
