About this house rental
The air of the countryside and the sea, a duo that promises you a real Breton immersion.
In a quiet and privileged environment, 800 meters from the magnificent beach of Trévignon, you will find this beautiful 180m² stone house, dating from 1853, recently renovated, to offer you all the comfort you will need during your stay.
While preserving the architecture of the time, the house has been redesigned to let in the light, in a refined style, close to the elements, conducive to holidays by the ocean with family or friends...
The garden and the large terrace (wooden table and seats, large parasol, sunbeds, deckchairs, barbecue) are exposed to the north-west to enjoy lunches and sunbathing until the evening; winter evenings will not lose their charm by the wood fire. (partially enclosed grounds)
On the first floor, the spacious living room is composed of a large equipped kitchen, open to the living room opening onto the terrace and the garden.
The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, all bright:
- a double bedroom
- a twin bedroom (two single beds)
- a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet
- a master suite with bathroom (bath) and separate toilet
On the second floor you can enjoy:
- the office / playroom will allow children or adults to enjoy independently.
- the 4th double bedroom (bed 140x190cm)
Two adult bikes and two children's bikes are also available
Parking and WIFI included.
All linen is included and put in place before your arrival: full beds / towels / bath mat / dish towel / new sponge

- Facing the Glénan archipelago, the house is located 800 meters from the ocean, close to the most beautiful beaches in the area (Trévignon, Pen Loc'h, feunteunodou, kerouini, Tahiti...), and lakes.
- There are many activities:
> For water sports enthusiasts, you have come to the right place: kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, diving, fishing... (the Kersidan nautical club is 5 minutes away)
> Walks in the forests, coastal, hiking, mountain biking...
> Cornouaille (17kms) and Odet (25kms) golf courses
> Picturesque walks on the fishing ports, in Pont aven for its art galleries, in the unmissable Ville Close of Concarneau...
>There are many markets, shops and restaurants nearby to discover local crafts and products.
> Museums (Pont Aven, fishing, contemporary art, etc.)

We spent one week in this wonderful and spacious house as a family of four. It is very, very clean everywhere and smells good throughout. The old farm house has been completely updated and is well equipped with modern furniture and facilities including deck chairs, barbecue, even some bikes (only two for adults). The home is cosy with a wonderful atmosphere. All beds are very comfortable. We felt at home right away and enjoyed every minute living there. We also loved the terrace with the teak furniture where we had almost all our dinners. The vicinity is very quiet and completely dark at night, great to get your night’s sleep. The beaches in the area are absolutely fantastic. One thing to consider when you have a dog: there is no fence around the property, so bring a long leach for your time in the garden. The owner is very nice, uncomplicated, and eager to help.

The house was very clean and well equipped! You can sleep with open windows, just hearing the birds chirping in the morning. During the changeable weather, our children enjoyed the TV room:-) We had wonderful 2 weeks here! Special thanks to Justine, who was always available for questions and recommendations! We will definitely come back again!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à Kerviniec. La maison est très confortable, équipée, meublée et décorée avec goût. Le soleil était de la partie et nous avons pu profiter du jardin.
