About this villa rental
Nestled in Anzio, this attractive villa for $801 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. THE PROPERTY' Access is from the road through a private area with automatic gate and ample parking. Essential during the summer season! The garden, of 1400 m2, is completely fenced and illuminated, with a grove of holm oaks and tall olive trees, on the sea front and a large lawn area with volleyball field, on the back. You will also find a miniature "Colosseum", a fountain, functioning and illuminated, which reproduces the "Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius" and "La Cascata delle Marmore" currently used as a washhouse. These artifacts, dating back to the 1960s, were the minigolf stations built by the old owner! The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the villa, is infinity and facing the sea. It has an area for diving and a whirlpool area. At night it is illuminated and the effect is truly spectacular. You will also find a large brick barbecue behind the "Vesuvius", also equipped with a stone sink, for your barbecues. The outdoor area is completed by a large sun terrace overlooking the sea from which, while sipping an aperitif sitting in the rattan lounge, you can admire the splendid sunsets. The property has a private access to the sea, which leads to a large free beach or, if desired, to numerous equipped beaches where you can take sailing, skysurfing, etc. courses. The villa, recently built, is developed on two floors. The ground floor consists of a large fully glazed lounge and large covered patio overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms with queen beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with shower, open kitchen with stove, oven and fridge, one, laundry-closet, and a second patio, garden view, with lounge. The upper floor, called "the bridge": consists of a large living room / bed with glass window overlooking the sea, bathroom, and two large panoramic terraces, one overlooking the sea and the other towards the garden. The house is equipped with an independent heating and air conditioning system hot / cold. The house has the following amenities: safe, wifi, bed linen, towels and table linen, washing machine, hairdryer, television, radio-CD, VCR, dishwasher, dishes, toaster, kettle, coffee maker-filter ,. Indoor dining table for 4 and outdoor dining table for 10. Sofas and armchairs both indoors and outdoors, sun loungers, hammock, dog bed. Under the property, along the path to the beach, there is an amphitheater to brighten up your summer evenings. This is the cultural club "l'Abbraccio", created by a tenor friend, who organizes theme nights: classical music, jazz, music from the 80s, theater, cabaret, etc ... You can directly access the theater and, if you want, enjoy the show, with an aperitif overlooking the sea! All demonstrations end, strictly, at 11.30 pm.

Together with my wife and a couple of friends, we stayed at the property for a total of one week in October. The view from the terrace and the pool is absolutely amazing. If you want to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, this is the right place for you. The check in and the care on site went through a very friendly guy.
If you not only want to lie by the pool, but also want to visit something, then you have to drive a few kilometers, because in Anzio itself there is very little.
Overall it was a lovely time and the villa a recommendation.

Lovely Villa, beautifully decorated with lovely pool - One drawback was the club downstairs played music until 1.30 AM on at least 4 night while we were there but still a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful house and location
We had the most fantastic time. The house is fabulous with huge sliding doors that open right up onto the terrace that looks out to the pool and the sea beyond. The trees are so beautiful in the day and also when they are all lit up at night. It is about one minute to get to the beach where there are plenty of places to get a drink and something to eat during the day. The sea was lovely and warm too. The pool is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the sunsets. Lavinio is a short walk where there is everything you need close by. We enjoyed lovely morning coffee in the square. Thanks to Daniela and Erik for making our stay so easy and special. We sincerely hope to be back. Kate and Gavin.

Das Haus liegt wirklich traumhaft und war für uns in allen Bereichen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und Daniela war als Ansprechpartnerin immer erreichbar. Pool und Terrasse laden ein die Abende im Freien zu verbringen.

Dr Check-in trotz später Stunde perfekt, Hilfe wenn notwendig, tolle Lage, klasse Haus, Rom mit Auto sehr gut zu erreichen, das Umland sehenswert…. die 12 Tage sind im Flug vergangen… schade, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Lage am Meer!
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit der Familie direkt am Meer verbracht. Da wir gerne mit der Familie zusammen kochen, ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Küche nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet ist. Der Housekeeper war sehr hilfsbereit, so dass wir kleine Probleme schell lösen konnten.

This is not our first stay.... We love this house and location. It is private, with breathtaking views, but still only 45-60 min from Rome. Words cannot describe the sunsets that you will experience from the back yard. Daniela and Erik are super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend staying here.

Siamo stati un mese e siamo stati da Dio. Come miglioria per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole, soprattutto se lungo come nel nostro caso, investimento in armadi o spazi quasi inesistenti in entrambe le camere da letto. Peccato in una villa cosi grande tenere le valigie aperte in camera tutto il mese.
La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile e gentile. Ogni nostra richiesta è sempre stata presa in considerazione. Torneremmo volentieri per godere del paesaggio, della vista mare, della piscina e della tranquillità.

The house is absolutely beautiful! And the Pool is amazing, it is really large and with a view of the ocean. We stayed in the house a bit off season, which meant that the area surrounding the house was quite quiet. We thought that it was a good location for being able to have half a day by the pool and half a day in Rome. Things that might be helpful to know is that the wardrobes are hanging only and there isn´t many drawers for underwear and such, so perhaps bring an extra bag to use for that. At the time of our visit there was a few mosquitos, but mainly at the back patio. So when we kept that door closed and ate at the front patio only it wasn´t an issue. Daniela and Guilia gave us a very nice welcome and during our stay we also had great help from Eric who cleaned the pool and helped switching the gasbottles for the stove and other small things. All in all we are very happy to return to this lovely villa.

I grew up not far from this location and know the area pretty well... I couldn't believe how wonderful this house was. We were so comfortable there and the kids were having so much fun in the pool that we didn't leave for the entire stay!

The property was as described and as portrayed in the photos, it´s a beautiful place, with a stunning view. Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers fitted nicely, and we enjoyed sitting outside either at the patio or by the pool. The owner, Daniela, was very accommodating and helpful, and even the neighbors were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We can easily imagine coming back to this enchanting place!

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful spot i October. We had great weather and swam in the pool as well as the ocean. This is such a fabulous place. We went by train to Rome to avoid the traffic in there. The house was very well equipped. We stayed 6 persons, and two of us had to sleep on the loft, which was also a very nice place, but not the ideal place for the ones who wish to sleep in the morning:-), since it’s right on top of the living room area. At night, there were a lot of moscitoes. But still, this is the greatest location! I could have stayed forever.

Our family of five enjoyed a beautiful short vacation at this marvellous place. The villa is rather new and offers sufficient space and privacy for up to 6 persons. We loved the modern design of the villa with floor-to-ceiling windows and the nice and comfy interior setting. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso-machine and sufficient cutlery. Outside, the villa offers various seating and relaxing possibilities to spend your day leisurely. Best of all is the infinity pool with a view to the open sea. The host Daniela and her daughter Giulia are very professional, very amicable and always available in case of special needs. We'd love to come back to this marvellous place in the future.

We hired cars and travelled to Rome twice which is strongly recommended and certainly makes up for the hustle and bustle. I can strongly recomend this villa. It was perfect. The pool was really nice and the kids and grownups enyoed it. All the neccesary equipment in this exquiste built and furintured house. It's location really close to beach and nearby restaurants, groceries suited us perfect. The owner Daniela än her associates was kind and helpful . It is a dream-villa and tid location is perfect.

Lovely views of Sea and Nice Backyard
The backyard and views of the sea are the highlights of this property. The view through the multiple glass sliding doors of the infinity pool against the sea is incredible. The home is very modern but could use some updating and dusting off but overall comfortable.
I went in May and the town surrounding the the property is pretty quiet except for Saturday. At times feels like a peaceful retreat. As an English speaking person I would advise, as with any trip, to make sure you brush up on your Italian. While some folks speak English most speak Italian. Daniela and her daughter were great to work with and can help with whatever you need
The property is about an hour drive from Rome with a mixture of two lane roads and highways. The property offers a good contrast to the hustle and bustle of Rome.
Overall, the property is beautiful but could use some updating and polishing up on some of its great features in yard and in home. With that said, I would recommend the property for anyone looking for a beautiful landscape, access to the sea and solitude. You will totally get lost in the incredible sunsets. They are amazing. Do not be afraid to rent property. Daniela and daughter will take care of you. Thanks Daniela for the wonderful experience. Please continue to treasure this property.

Wonderful Place
The property is well located and easy to find. Premises are very well maintained and the architecture is stunning. We couldn't take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool because of the weather, but the sightseeing was espectacular.
Daniela's (owner) help and assistance to make our visit super comfortable were extraordinary.
We would love to come back in the summer so we can take full advantage of Villa Danda!
