In winter, the ski lifts are just a short distance away, and during the other seasons there are plenty of recreational activities, such as hiking, sledding, water skiing, amusement parks, lakes, and more.

The 54-square-meter vacation apartment with a balcony is situated on a small hillside in a quiet apartment building right in the heart of Silbach—a neighboring village of Winterberg. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a small village store. Here you can buy bakery items, groceries, drinks, magazines, and more.

Upon arrival, a private parking space in front of the house is available for your use. Through a central entrance and up a flight of stairs, you’ll find your “temporary home” :-)

Because it’s important to us that our guests feel at home, we’ve freshly renovated the apartment and furnished it in a modern and cozy style.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed and a sliding-door closet where you can easily store all your belongings.

The other two sleeping spots are in the living room on a pull-out couch. The room can be darkened with roller shades.

Here, you can also wind down your evening with a glass of wine after an eventful day exploring Winterberg. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Silberberg and its surroundings through the large living room window or from the balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals or enjoy breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea at the dining table in the living room. If you’d rather not cook, we recommend the hotel restaurant “Löffler,” which is right on your doorstep.

Of course, there’s also a newly renovated bathroom with natural light and a shower.

In just a few minutes by car, you’ll reach the center of Winterberg with its many attractions and recreational facilities.

But in Silbach, too, there are many hiking trails right on your doorstep, inviting you to take long and beautiful walks.

If you’d like to drive a few minutes further, in addition to Winterberg, you can also visit the vacation towns of Brilon (32m), Willingen (37m), and others.

So there are no limits to your leisure activities in this vacation region—not just in winter, but in every season.
