This Villa boasts stunning country views and a convenient location 5 minute drive to the marina, several beaches, and across the street from Dom Pedro Old golf course. It is within walking distance to a bakery and restaurants. Beautiful grounds with inviting outdoor living areas and four bedrooms make this villa the perfect place for unforgettable family fun, a romantic getaway or warm weather holiday with friends.
This non smoking villa offers an array of sleeping options that are suitable for up to 10 guests.
It consists of 4 bright, airy and tastefully decorated bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and built in closets. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a king size bed and two terraces.There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and two bedrooms on the lower level (one with a queen size bed and a twin bed and one with a twin bed and a bunk bed - single on top and double on the bottom) There is also an additional foldaway single bed. The villa is thoughtfully equipped for families travelling with young children, including a cot, high chair and stair safety gates, allowing parents to relax and enjoy their holiday with added peace of mind.
The spacious dining area is bright, welcoming and perfect for enjoying meals together.
There is a walkout to a very spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful private pool. The outdoor dining area and barbecue grill make alfresco dining a natural part of your stay. The lower level features a dedicated games room, perfect for some friendly competition or keeping the kids entertained. It includes:

* Table tennis
* Dart board

Just got back from 11 nights in this amazing villa. The Villa is huge with four ensuite bedrooms and very spacious living areas. We especially liked the Terrace where we ate and relaxed and on the ground floor leading onto the pool was the games room with a pool table and ping-pong. The garden is beautiful, large pool and lots of space to relax with plenty of sun lounges and the outdoor barbecue was used almost every day. The Villa is on a very nice road and is a very short Uber ride to Vilamoura Marina. There is a nice sports center nearby called Browns where you can go for a drink or to play pickle ball or paddle. The golf courses nearby are incredible, the beach is lovely with lots of parking available at minimal cost and as a family, we loved the crazy golf in Vilamoura. All in all a fantastic stay and we hope to come back.

Fantastic Villa, well equipped for a family or large group of friends. It’s immaculate, beautiful pool, location and views.

Very disappointed in this property, which is in need of significant modernising and refurbishment.
Furniture and equipment is very old and should be replaced. Bedding and linen is of very poor quality and some items were smelly, including bath towels. Crockery/cutlery and kitchen equipment all dated and in need of replacement.
Outside area is tired with very old and uncomfortable furniture and sun loungers. Includes broken items and very basic plastic chairs. Outside shower unusable, looks broken.
The games room in particular has a musty, stale smell. The pool table and darts equipment is either broken or incomplete and the furniture is not clean and very old.
The property has huge potential but needs significant investment, freshly painted throughout (inside and out) and a deep clean. It should not be offered to the rental market in its present condition.
