The hotel was very nice, and the staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Moataz at the reception was very kind and helpful, and the gentleman who worked at the swimming pool was also very nice.
Regarding cleanliness, I noticed that some areas were not cleaned properly, especially in the bathroom. Also, in the evening, the area around the hotel can get very crowded.

Nice a clean
Property was near Gold sulk and shopping place but you have cross the road by steps bridge which not suitable for elderly and this point I not like, hence I will not book this again.
