This detached 3½-room house, approximately 130 m² in size, is located in a quiet, sunny spot with panoramic views, about 3 km from the lake. Thanks to its mid-slope location, you can enjoy fantastic views of the lake and the mountains from every room. “Villa Jone,” which is furnished in a mix of basic and tasteful pieces, not only offers ample indoor space for four people but also, with its approximately 45 m² covered terrace featuring a barbecue, its two balconies, and the approximately 1,000 m² enclosed property (partly on a slope), plenty of space for your own private retreat. This is the perfect place for a vacation! Enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the morning with a fantastic view, and after a fun-filled day, have a cozy barbecue on the terrace in the evening—what more could you ask for?
The lively little town of Intra is about a 5-minute drive away. There you’ll find everything your heart desires: a public beach and a swimming pool right on the lake, a beautiful lakeside promenade, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of shopping options. The passenger and car ferry also takes you from here to the Lombard shore of the lake, so you can conveniently reach many charming destinations by water. Hiking enthusiasts and mountain bikers will find “Villa Jone” an ideal starting point for many varied tours.
