Welcome to the “Pearl of the Ore Mountains.” The “Zum Rockelmann” vacation rental is located just 200 meters from the natural scenery and the event venue. It features a spacious bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a hallway, and a living area with the option to add beds for 2 additional adults. Parking is available right in front of the house. You’ll have a view of the castle and the church, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from the historic old town. There, from January through December, you can take a guided tour to learn fascinating legends and interesting facts about the city, enjoy an ice cream at the popular water feature on the market square in Schwarzenberg’s Old Town during the summer, and explore the lovingly decorated Christmas stalls in the romantic alleys of the historic Old Town during a visit to the traditional and cozy Christmas market in the winter. You’re also very close to the spa town of Oberwiesenthal at the foot of the Fichtelberg; Germany’s highest-altitude town is a hub for winter sports in the Ore Mountains, and the 1,244-meter-high Keilberg is the highest peak in the Ore Mountains. It is located not far from the German-Czech border. The ski area, which extends to the south and north of the summit, is now the largest in the Erzgebirge region.

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sauber und ordentlich ist es auch. Das Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein und man hat eine schöne Aussicht, da es am Hang gelegen ist. Die Umgebung ist super zum Wandern und erholen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr nette und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Aus dem Küchenfenster und erst recht wenn man vor der Haustür steht hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Ferne und fühlt sich gleich wie im Urlaub. Danke!
