Beautiful place and very gracious guests! Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights/4 days. Steve and Ann are wonderful people, this is a very comfortable setting. We felt at home. As someone else mentioned they have all the amenities you could think of. This is centrally located and easy to get to all the tourists destinations, then come “home” and relax. We were able to see a doe and her fawn in the mornings and witnessed the super moon by fire at night, Highly recommended!

This place was not only beyond beautiful and clean, but the owners were so sweet and beyond accommodating! 10/10 and would definitely stay with them again!!

We loved our stay at Steve & Ann’s home. The beds were very comfortable, cleanliness is a huge priority of theirs and it shows, and the outdoor area is great for a family. We had a two deer along with a baby fawn peaking in at us and even eating out of my son’s hand. Steve and Ann are very kind and accommodating to make sure we had everything needed to make te stay enjoyable. This home exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back if visiting Colorado Springs area.

This was a perfectly beautiful, restful place to stay in Colorado Springs. It was far enough away from the bustle of town to be so peaceful, yet close enough to do all of the things we wanted to do! Steve and Ann were delightful and responsive hosts. Their place was all that we wanted!

Great location, very close to Garden of the Gods and just a short drive to so many other things to see. House was clean and comfortable for our family. We especially loved the hot tub and seeing deer just outside the patio and throughout the neighborhood. Owners are friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We had a perfect stay and Steve was great to work with. House was exactly as described, very clean and bonus view of Pike's Peak directly from the back patio area. Family of 4 had plenty of room and took advantage of the fire pit area, the BBQ seating area, the fun swing, and the hot tub! Visiting deer each evening was fun too. Very close to local attractions while being able to get away from it all back to home base in the evening. Hope to stay again and will definitely recommend.

Steve and Ann were awesome hosts! We loved this property and would definitely stay there again! We made s’mores and our kids loved the hot tub. The place was very clean and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend!

The owners live upstairs and, when we met them, expressed opinions about transgender people that made their disrespect clear. I doubt I would have felt comfortable staying here if I had been with my female partner instead of my mother. VRBO states: Our principles are: Trust Safety Respect We expect every member of our community to show respect and tolerance in their interactions. The owners did not follow these principles.

Thi was a great retreat and time for our family to celebrate our son's bday and share the occassion with some of his friends. Steve and Ann were superb hosts. It was great to meet Steve when we checked in. He explained everything we needed to ensure we had a smoothe visit. The hot tub was warm and inviting, the kitchen well-equipped and accomodations were spacious. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We had 3 vehicles on Saturday evening without any issues. So glad to find this home away from home, looking forward to next time!

Booked this space last minute after staying in downtown Denver. So great - deer see plentiful in the neighborhood, close to Pikes Peak etc, wonderful patio/hot tub and very nice hosts. Definitely recommend!

This home was not only lovely, but well equipped and nestled in a super quiet and safe neighborhood. The views were AMAZING!!! Steve the owner was so personable and met us upon arrival. We cannot wait to come back. I highly recommend this little gem for your vacation stay!

Clean, well-appointed, good value, nice hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor space. Easy access from I-25 and USAFA. Steve and his wife were excellent hosts and very responsive to messages. Quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife.

This property was perfect. It was exactly as described and Steve contacted us upon arrival to show us exactly what we needed to use the temperature control, stove top, outside fireplace, and the hot tub. We saw deer every single evening as we drove through the neighborhood coming back to the property. It was extremely quiet, comfortable, clean, and a great centralized location to see the activities close to Colorado Springs. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, cozy and we felt right at home! The hot tub and views were amazing and the deer roaming the neighborhood was a special treat! Steve was so kind at check in and this will definitely be our first pick to stay if we get back to Colorado Springs!

Beautiful and peaceful property. After travel hassles and attending Celebration of Life events for two family members, this was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some good family time. The property had everything we need, the hosts were gracious and had excellent communication. This will be top of our list for any future Colorado Springs stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Retreat was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms are larger than expected. There were beautiful views everywhere. Nightly we relaxed at the fire pit and ended up in the hot tub. Steve and Ann were delightful and we appreciated their attentiveness in making our stay more enjoyable. We had no regrets staying here! Thanks Steve and Ann!

Out of the way (what we wanted!), quiet, clean, very comfortable. Steve was an excellent host and gave us some good tips about places to visit. Went to Garden of Gods for some early morning photography, walked trails at Red Rock Canyon and Ute Valley Open Spaces. Visited the Fine Arts Center and Miramont Castle on a rainy day.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and could easily have stayed longer. The bedrooms are lovelier and larger than the pictures, beds very comfortable (we caught a little nap nearly every day)! Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer are new. We didn’t use the fireplace because it was a warm week but is a beautiful brick one. Plenty of space inside. The outside space is larger than pictures - it has everything you could want from a large lighted hot tub to a fire pit overlooking the canyon to plenty of table seating. Couldn’t find more private space unless you were in the country, is a lovely, safe, quiet neighborhood. Owners Steve and Ann live upstairs which you’d never know - they introduce themselves, answer texts immediately if have questions but give you full privacy. No internet issues, no safety concerns, the view can’t be beat and it’s super clean and updated. We were there to visit a son at the USAF Academy (just north) but found it to be a perfect home base to explore the Springs area (south) too. And by the way, if unfamiliar with the area and on the fence about going, do it. It’s a small accessible city loaded with hiking opportunities, stunning places to visit and a variety of authentic restaurants. Everything others have said about the property is true. A doe and 2 fawns did actually walk around while we sat outside one morning! We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this was our favorite place ever. We WILL be back!

As the title states, it is a very quiet area, and the view is incredible. Steve was a gracious host, and extremely friendly. We may book this location again in the future!

We traveled to visit our son for Parents Weekend at USAFA. We all very much enjoyed our stay! The home was so clean and comfortable with so many perks and amenities. We grilled out and enjoyed the hot tub! The location was so close to both USAFA and easy shopping. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. We definitely look forward to coming back!

This is a great place to unwind and relax. The accommodation is really spacious with lots of wardrobe space. The views are amazing and the local deer population are a treat to watch. My whole family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Steve and Ann are fantastic hosts who will go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful visit. Even though they live above we felt like the place was just ours but they were also happy to chat and help in any way. Thank you to you both for making us so welcome. Steve and Ann are great hosts to a perfect rental for those wanting a comfortable, clean place to land after fun days of exploring Colorado Springs and surrounding beauty! We had everything we needed to make meals, relax in the evenings, enjoy the sunrise each morning and great location to getting to all of our daytime adventures! We all enjoyed the hot tub each night, the fire pit several nights, and the patio for coffee. The beds are especially comfortable! Plenty of clean linen. Washer/dryer are always a must for us and worked great! Steve and Ann were quick to reply on our few requests! So pleasant and fun to chat with! If we return to area to go on the hikes that were left unchecked, we’d def stay here again!! Thank you!!

Owner, Steve is super nice and great to talk to. He explained how to use items and gave us tips for the area. The house is super clean and close to everything. I highly recommend this place for your Co Springs stay.

We spent a week with 2 granddaughters ages 12 & 8. We all loved the space, the patio, spa and gas fire on an overlook of the city. Great location for visiting the area and great views from house. Also enjoyed the deer sightings as well. The owners are great! We will be back!!!
