About this apartment rental
A beautiful, spacious apartment that has been completely renovated and decorated in a contemporary style. It is located in one of the city’s most beautiful Belle Époque palaces, which has retained all its old-world charm: Le Splendide. Featuring herringbone hardwood floors, high ceilings, moldings, and frescoes, as well as a modern kitchen, large bedrooms, plenty of light and sunshine (with views on three sides), and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy meals overlooking a magnificent wooded park and the lake... perfect for lovers of the finer things in life :-)

Geräumige Wohnung in einem früheren Grand Hotel, sehr schöne Anlage, nahe zur pulsierenden Stadt. Toller Blick vom Balkon Richtung Westen auf See und Berge. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern.
