About this villa rental
You will have 3 spacious rooms from 18 to 21 m², each with its own bathroom with toilet, Italian shower, satellite TV. Two of these rooms have independent access to the terraces. The bedding in 160 is of high quality and the furniture is refined. Towels and sleeping linen for each person are provided free of charge. The beds are made for your arrival.
A cot with its mattress can be provided on request as well as two folding mattresses for parents who wish to have the children close to them.
The mezzanine is an 18 m² room for children and teenagers with 2 single beds. Two mattress armchairs can be used in addition. It is accessible by stairs. Please note that the ceiling height is 1.50m. A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet is shared with the mezzanine and the rest of the house.
A large dining room of 34 m² with a reading area, then a living room of 45 m² equipped with internet and WiFi, a giant screen TV (146cm) and a very comfortable sofa bed with chaise longue. For sleeping, the living room can be closed by a screen.
The 18 m² sea-view kitchen with a central island is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker,
Espresso pod, blender, stand mixer, juicer, Gille Pain, kettle. Several full table services, cookware, etc.
In the 39 m² veranda you can admire the superb view of the sea
and the bay of Favone. You will have a dining area and then a lounge area with armchairs, sofas and coffee table. The sunrises while having breakfast are magical; pure happiness where life is good.
Outside a summer kitchen of 20 m² and a terrace of 30 m² await you for a barbecue or a plancha, a sink with hot and cold water completes it.
Two "bio-climatic" pergolas on this terrace, allow you to have meals or rest while enjoying the superb view of the bay of Favone.
The laundry room offers a washing sink, a washing machine, a dryer, a second fridge/freezer, an ironing board with its iron. We provide a petanque game, beach umbrellas, children's games for the beach, a cooler for other uses, hiking, shopping, etc as well as a swimming board and chips for the pool.
The pool is a 10 m swimming lane heated in the off-season with a sand filter and salt electrolysis, it is also secured with an electric curtain specific to the pools. The different color schemes of the pool water will embellish your evenings. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is at your disposal.
With the relax and their mattresses, the 3 coffee tables and the large parasols it is the corner of idleness, but it is at nightfall that the sunsets on the mountain will offer you their most beautiful spectacles.
Facing north, a large terrace also accessible from the master suite will take you into the world of trees and citrus fruits all spotted by their name on small slates, as well as all the vegetation of the landscaped garden decorated with driftwood and small characters.

Located 50 minutes from Figari airport and 30 minutes north of Porto Vecchio in the municipality of Sari-Solenzara, the village of Favone has a mini-market,

The bay of Favone is a long sandy beach with clear turquoise water. The transparency of the water invites you to swim as soon as you arrive. It is an ideal beach for children and only 9 minutes walk from Villa Domomia.

The property has lovely views and is well equipped in the kitchen with a great outdoor dining space. Having air conditioning in the house helped keep it comfortable during a particularly hot spell. The pool area is nice and whilst the pool isn’t particularly wide, it is quite long and there was adequate space for the children to enjoy it. The house was pretty difficult to locate using Google maps directions so would recommend following the detailed descriptions provided to avoid going up and down the wrong roads! It’s great being a short walk down to the beach and it’s a nice quiet location at night with no real loud or disturbing neighbours.
The only real criticism we have is that it is advertised on the site as a 5 bedroom property when in fact there are only 3 true bedrooms - the fourth room is a mezzanine floor above the kitchen and lounge with a particularly low ceiling height (making it difficult for any adult to use) and the fifth bedroom is the sofa bed in the lounge which is open plan to the kitchen and dining area. We were able to make it work for our family and had an enjoyable stay, but the description should be clearer about the number of actual separate bedrooms.

Maison très bien équipée avec air conditionné. Cuisine extérieure ombragée très agréable. Très bonne literie (larges lits). Bonne communication. Piscine et jardin agréables.

Das Objekt ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und eignet sich für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder und es hatte alles gepasst. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
