About this house rental
Large family house of 200 m² on a wooded plot of 1500 m², which can accommodate up to 12 people.
You will enjoy absolute calm and an unobstructed view of the surrounding orchard and the bay of the Forest in the distance.
The house has 6 bedrooms distributed as follows:
- On the first floor: a large independent master suite with its small kitchen and bathroom
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and cot, 1 large dormitory/games room, with 1 double bed and 6 extra mattresses.
4 bathrooms (3 showers, 1 bath), 3 toilets
Living room with open kitchen and fireplace
Outside there is a large terrace, parking possible for several vehicles, and a wooded lawn.
Ideal for 2 or 3 families who wish to get together combining the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the sea.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Haie, 5 minutes walk from the town center of La Forêt-Fouesnant, 10 minutes walk from the port. The beach of Cap-Coz (and its sailing school) is accessible by bike by a pleasant coastal path along the cove of Penfoulic (15 min).
La Foret-Fouesnant offers many attractions: the large beach of Kerleven, the Cornouaille golf course, the Vivier de la Foret, the Sunday market all year round, restaurants, creperies, cider house, biscuit factory, shops, and beautiful walks or bike rides...
Port-la-Forêt: its marina, its market on Tuesday evenings in summer, departure by speedboat for the Glénans archipelago.
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and linen are not included.

Beautiful property with large lawn for the kids to play in. Our kids had a great time throwing the Frisbee and riding bikes that were provided by the host. You can walk to the grocery or creperie in less than 10 minutes and it's a similar distance to walk to the harbor. The host communicated all necessary information when needed and was very easy to work with. Make note that the linens, towels and cleaning are not provided and the great price reflects this.

L accueil a été chaleureux, la maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien située. La communication est très facile avec le propriétaire.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle région.

La campagne dans le bourg.! Le grand verger attenant à la maison isole complètement des alentours et a beaucoup de charme (repas à l'ombre sous les arbres).
La mer est certes un peu loin pour s'y rendre fréquemment à pied ( le vélo est nécessaire ) mais le pays est très agréable avec beaucoup de promenades ou de randonnées possibles.
Des plages magnifiques où il est possible de trouver des endroits calmes.
la maison est simple et pratique. les relations avec son propriétaire agréables et précises.
Le village a du caractère.
Bref, de très bonnes vacances lorsque le temps n'est pas trop "breton" (une très belle semaine sur deux pour nous). En tout état de cause le temps toujours doux permet toujours de belles promenades.
