This Beautiful 420 Friendly home is located near Downtown Denver and it is only a 25-minute drive to the Denver Airport! The home sleeps 10 comfortably but can house up to 12 guests. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. This 420 friendly home features an abundance of natural light, beautiful hardwood floors, and an open lounge with a layout perfect for hanging out and entertaining. Enjoy the many amenities this home has to offer - three different arcades, a pinball machine, pool table, PS5, theater AND hot tub! The Kitchen The kitchen is stunning with remarkable cabinets and marble countertops. The kitchen also features upgraded stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, rustic tea kettle and other cooking utensils and kitchen necessities. The Lounge The vaulted ceilings that surround the lounge are covered with beautiful windows that allow the brilliant Colorado sunlight to cascade into the open floor plan and illuminate the room. There is a sleek sectional and bar stools for seating, as well as a 55” smart tv! The dining room adjoins and also offers bench seating at the dining table. Go head to head on PS5 gaming console, play a round of pool, or enjoy the 3 different arcades and pinball machine! This space is perfect for hosting the whole group. The Theater Room From the lounge, you can walk down the steps and enter the home theater that has a 75” smart tv and PS5! There are 6 reclining theater chairs and a futon for extra seating. The popcorn bar in the theater room is a great way to satiate your munchies with a popular movie-going snack! Enjoy a game of pool on the full - sized regulation pool table! The Bedrooms Just past the living area, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The one on the left is a twin and full sized - bunk bed combo. The bedroom on the right has 2 queen - sized beds. Downstairs there are 2 more rooms. One has a king - sized bed, the other a queen. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch Roku Smart TV, allowing guests to access their personal streaming service accounts.Great for watching sporting events! The Bathrooms The first full bathroom is located off of the first two bedrooms near the living area. The other bathroom is near the remaining two bedrooms and has a high-pressure showerhead and plenty of complimentary toiletries. The Backyard Guests can host a backyard BBQ with the newly equipped NexGrill propane grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. You can also find the hot tub in the backyard where you can spend an evening relaxing your muscles in steaming hot water or chilling on the patio furniture.

Lots of room in the house. I would recommend a couple of couches be put in the main room. Loved the movie room.

It's a duplex with a big yard. Four bedrooms inside with two full bathrooms. The main space is a bit tight with 6 adults around the pool table, but we enjoyed the table a lot. Owners communicated well. Home is 420 equipped. Just BYOB (buds) and enjoy!

Really enjoyed staying at this duplex. The neighborhood looked a little rough but it was very quiet neighborhood! The house offered so much to do!! I would suggest updating the board games. The master bedroom is downstairs whereas the rooms with multiple beds are upstairs. The only thing besides food the house did not provide was laundry soap if you want to do any laundry. Overall the property was very clean and organized and provides many of the necessities for your stay!! I would definitely recommend this property for any stay!!!! Thank you!

Great place to stay. Wasn't on the property much as we were out exploring Denver. Was really nice to soak in the hot tub after a long day of bar hopping! Hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with.

We knew our trip to Denver in the middle of February could be impacted by weather. There is plenty to do in the house if you get snowed in or it’s just too d@/$ed cold to go outside. Board games, football, pool, movie room. And they are close enough to great restaurants for delivery.
