About this apartment rental
Cozy, solidly furnished living room with cable TV and radio/CD player, Wi-Fi internet access, a double pull-out sofa, and a dining area; fully equipped kitchen with a microwave; a separate bedroom;
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.
The vacation apartment has a separate toilet. The sunny balcony, with a view of Kapellenpark and Ellmau’s landmark, the Maria-Heimsuchungskapelle, invites you to linger.
For both apartments, it’s possible to book an additional room with its own shower/restroom and a small living area including a kitchenette—either as an add-on upon request or as a separate studio. Price upon request!

The surrounding area is characterized by beautiful forests and meadows, offering excellent opportunities for hiking and biking. (Your active hosts will be happy to provide specific tips.)
