The "Balkonia" vacation rental is located on the first floor of our house and features a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a youth bed, a living room with a couch, a kitchen-dining area with a brand-new built-in kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a cozy corner bench, a modern bathroom with a large bathtub, sink, and toilet, and a large balcony with a view of the town and the surrounding mountains (southeast-facing). The apartment has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. From early May through late October, our guests have access to our on-site indoor pool (included in the price) and the sauna (included once per week when booking a 1/1-week stay), as well as the relaxation garden with a large lawn for sunbathing and lounge chairs. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. For anyone who enjoys going for a swim on vacation: We offer two beautiful vacation apartments and, from early May through late October, an on-site indoor pool with a sauna. Villa Relax is situated on a sunny south-facing slope, in a quiet cul-de-sac, about a 7-minute walk from the village. Our “Terra” vacation rental, at 60 square meters, is suitable for two to three people and features a large terrace (facing southwest) on the first floor of our house. The modern bathroom features a walk-in, step-free shower. The “Balkonia” vacation apartment, measuring 65 square meters, is suitable for two to four people. It is located on the first floor and features a large balcony (facing southeast). The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub. Both apartments are modernly furnished and feature satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Both vacation apartments have been fully equipped with new built-in kitchens, including dishwashers, and are well-stocked. We also offer: the aktivCARD Bayerischer Wald, a Guti-Ticket with the guest card, free parking spaces right next to the building, as well as covered motorcycle parking spaces, and a safe in every apartment. From early May through late October: Indoor pool, sauna, relaxation garden with lounge chairs and a large sunbathing lawn, table tennis, small children’s playground. Pets allowed upon request; fees are charged on-site. Breakfast and/or dinner available at the neighboring guesthouse upon request (charged separately on-site). That’s why we’re committed to running Villa Relax in a sustainable manner. Examples: We operate our central heating system exclusively with wood pellets from the Bavarian Forest; we heat the swimming pool and domestic hot water with a large solar system; we irrigate the large garden using a rainwater harvesting system; we purchase electricity exclusively from providers offering green energy; we consistently sort our waste into recyclable materials, and the beverages we offer are available only in returnable bottles. By spending your vacation at Villa Relax, you are actively contributing to environmental protection. No advance payment is required. The total payment is due in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible only by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or, in exceptional cases, via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box during your prior consultation. A baby bed or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR for adults and 1.80 EUR for children ages 6 to 16 per person per night will be charged separately on site. The aktivCard Bayerischer Wald is included.
