Brilliant location in centre of the village, with great views from room. Having restaurant below was ideal and food excellent along with a fantastic breakfast in the morning with a great range of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean contemporary room, attention to detail, very friendly helpful staff.
Pillows were a little lumpy but still a great night's sleep.

Location In Hawkshead is good people and staff very friendly great breakfast
Lights in room not very bright!! The sensor lights leading up to room don’t stay on long enough leaving you in the dark while trying to get in room! Lack of free parking

Cheap compared to rest of Lakes. Great location in quiet village close to main hot spots. Telly worked which was a bonus!
While the size of the room was fine for one night, we couldn’t look past the cleanliness. It needed a deep clean, surfaces were covered in dust and there were a few stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom hadn’t been maintained, the shower was broken and it was mouldy. The blinds were also broken and full of dust. The space could’ve been utilised and looked after much better.
