This spacious apartment in Chamonix is over 90 sqm, set in an ideal location, and benefits from a large living area, with a sunny balcony facing the town and Mont Blanc. Being in the very center of town, near the Brévent ski lift and the beginner's ski slope Savoy, means a car is not even necessary to make it a memorable holiday.
The master bedroom in le Paradis 24 apartment is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, the second bedroom is a double bedroom and there is a 3rd twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a shower and bath and there is also a separate WC. The open-plan living-dining room and kitchen provide a lovely space for relaxing after a long day on the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a full-sized oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine perfect for cooking up a storm.
However, if you would rather head out of the apartment, thepedestrianised main street with access to shops bars and restaurants is just 100m away.

The nearest supermarket is less than 100m away from this apartment in Chamonix and the Savoy ski slopes are located just on the other side of the road for kids ski school and access to the Brevent-Flegere ski area. All other ski areas are easily accessed by bus from one of the main bus stops located close to the apartments too. Only 100m from Le Paradis 24 Apartment you are on the pedestrian high street of Chamonix, with all its restaurants, shops and bars.
Getting Around:
The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.

We had a great time in the apartment during late August. It has great space, a lovely balcony to sit in the sun and look at the wonderful view of Mont Blanc. Very central with relatively easy parking close by. (albeit not right on the premises). Chamonix All Year were excellent to deal with. Their description of the apartment and instructions for access were perfect. We could not have been happier with our accommodation in Chamonix.

We were a group of four, and found this apartment very spacious..especially living/kitchen/dining area.
Location excellent for shops, eating out, ski hire and buses.
Very well equipped, clean and well maintained.
Fifth apartment booked through Chamonix all Year, never a problem.

In that order were the points this flat was appreciated the most:
Location: close to Savoy ski school drop off & pick up very near Super U and car park and yet very quiet place
Size (family of 4) and 2 separate toilettes.
Otherwise:
Flat is not too well maintained with doors scratching the floor and squeaky handles which is a pity, especially in the evening/night as you can imagine.

Appartement très bien situé, confortable et calme.
Nous sommes des habitués et regrettons la vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc qui n'est plus ce qu'elle était...en raison de la sur-élévation du toit de l'hôtel situé en face.
