House was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Backyard was wonderful with a great fire pit and games. We had planned to go out for dinner on Friday night but enjoyed it so much that we stayed in. Highly recommend

My three girlfriends of 50 years celebrated our 65th birthdays in Fredericksburg! The Blue Skylark was the perfect location and the house had everything we needed We enjoyed sitting in the back yard after dark and the temp dropped a few degrees! We loved it!

The house was perfect for our girls' trip! The location was easily accessible to Main Street and the wineries. Fully stocked with all necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again!

The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for our family to gather. It was close to the Nimitz Museum and Main Street shopping and dining.

My family loved the quiet neighborhood, comfortable house, pleasant backyard (includes cornhole!) and very convenient location. The house and our stay was absolutely perfect and we plan to stay here on our next visit.

This home is beautifully decorated, the backyard is even more fun than it already looks! Clean to the max; Well-equipped kitchen, all appliances worked beautifully. Lots of mirrors made it easy for five of us to get ready at the same time. They truly thought of everything you could need: towels, hangers, bedding, hairdryer, plenty of clocks and majestic crosses. Nice furniture. Family room seated 6, so the five of us comfortably watched a movie from the sofa or chairs. In the mornings, 5 of us independently prepared breakfast at the same time -- without running into each other. Convenient unloading and packing through garage door - that opened with a push of the button. Both Walmart and H.E.B. were 5 minutes away. Very secure and quiet neighborhood. We visited the shops on Main St., The Enchanted Rock, Wildflower Farms, Mamacita's and the Rathskeller Restaurant. What a dream vacation we had on Skylark!

Blue Skylark is the cutest home! So cozy and welcoming. We loved everything about this house. The backyard setup is perfect. Highly recommended staying here. Location is perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most amazing experiences with a property. Communication with the owners was great. We did not have any issues with the property so there was no need to reach out to them during our stay. They had everything we needed and thought of items to make our experience perfect. I would highly recommend staying at the Blue Skylark! Although we didn’t use the backyard, it was inviting. All of us agreed that we were well rested and ready for our days…the beds were comfortable! This property was perfect for our family get together in Fredericksburg. The property was very clean, well furnished and had a great backyard. Took a girls trip for my friend’s bachelorette party and we had a great time staying at the blue skylark! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need without being cluttered. The backyard is the star of the show, though. We spent out evenings out back playing games and enjoying the garden and trees!

The home is top notch. They have thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable for everyone. Location was great. You're half way to town and halfway to the wineries. Easy to Uber to every location. Definitely recommend.

We spent two short days there but accommodations were fantastic. Two of my friends had never booked a vrbo and were pleasantly surprised. It’s so much nicer than two hotel rooms when traveling as four adults. We loved it!

I highly recommend the Blue Skylark house in Fredericksburg, TX. It is comfortable, well maintained, and well managed. It is a little far to walk into downtown, but only about a 2 to 5 minute drive to a downtown parking place. We've stayed there twice and will happily stay again in the future.
