Incredible ocean views, large smart tv in the living room and bedroom. Modern fully equipped kitchen with anything you may need to cool meals. Bedroom has brand new king VERY COMFORTABLE mattress set. We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

The condo is not large but has everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Check in was convenient and security instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location on the beach in Hilton Head is perfect. There is an ocean view from the terrace and it’s only a short stroll on pretty walkway to the beach. And the beach itself is clean, beautiful and quiet. We loved every minute of our stay in Seaside Villas!

The place was great. The bed was comfortable, it was very clean when we arrived. We had a short walk to the beach, restaurants and different choices for live music we could walk to also. Would definitely stay here again!

This small villa is perfect for a couple. Wonderful view in a nicely manicured and landscaped gated complex with direct access to the beach. We couldn't have enjoyed our time there more!

A very cozy two-room condo that is a quick walk to the beach and a ten-minute walk to the many shops and restaurants. They provide two free bikes as well. The place was very clean and well-kept and the owner provided plenty of useful information. A top-quality king-size bed makes for good sleeping. The small balcony overlooks the parking lot, but you can see the ocean.

Beautiful one bedroom condo with pull out couch! We wanted to stay an extra night but our rental was booked the next night. Luckily we found this place and the owner was super accommodating, we were even able to get in hours before check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this property. It has everything a couple would need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the new beach chairs and umbrella. The bed was very comfortable as well. The deck has a nice beach view too! Thanks Kendall !

This was a 1 bed/ 1 bath condo with a beach view and easy access to the Caligny area. We found it perfect for our first trip to HHI. Easy walking and trails. Great beach access. Owners very helpful to guide us through the check in and gate codes for this gated condo area. We would most definitely stay again. We didn't have time for the bikes on the beach, but next time we will!

Loved the location and it had everything one would need. When we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush (hubby fixed), keureg wouldn’t heat up, floor tiles cracked and screen had a hole so can’t open slider. This place can use some tlc. Otherwise, decor was nice and kitchen was nicely appointed.

The location was perfect. The picture of the ocean on the overview is the exact view from the balcony. The condo was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Shower/bathroom was great. Kitchen was totally fine and everything was clean and well working.The very best things were the long walks on the beach and the biking on the beach and paths all around town. Don't even think of bothering to bring bikes. These bikes were perfect for this area. Lots of great restaurant/ bar choices. We had a wonderful time! 💕

First time using VRBO. Wasn’t sure what to expect. My only complaint was the cleaning fees are too much for a 1 night stay and I didn’t think is was a good idea to ask customers to remove their trash!

Lovely view of the water and sunset. Had trouble with the tv called the owners they were very patient and we figured it out. Texted us again the next day to make sure everything was ok. Freshly painted and decorated. Nice big fridge and dishwasher.Definitely would go back.

We enjoyed this property for a couples weekend away in November. We were very happy with this location. It was easy to get to the beach and to the Coligny area. The terrace was great for morning coffee with an ocean view. The one thing that surprised us a bit was that when you walk in the door the master bed is right there almost touching the door. It felt like the bed is so close to the exterior hallway. The unit is tastefully decorated and updated. It had everything we needed for a long weekend trip.

This was just what we were looking for, a place with views and sounds of the ocean for a rejuvenating holiday break from the cold and snow back home, while paying a visit to family in the area. Kendall was prompt to respond, and the place was clean, updated and inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and eating dinner on it in the evening, and walking on the lovely and uncrowded beach. It was rainy and foggy part of the time, but sunrise on the last day was magnificent, and we saw dolphins playing in the surf. My daughter loved seeing and hearing the ocean from the sofa bed, and I slept well in the bedroom. All worked well in the kitchen and bathroom, the shower pressure was super strong. We appreciated the beach cookies and beach towels, and had fun riding the bikes and enjoying the warm sunshine before heading home. We had a great time in Hilton Head, and would love to return in the future.

This property was perfect for a week away …..right on the beach and a view from the balcony. Can walk to the beach and Coligny Square restaurants and stores. As a plus, bikes are included in the rental and we were able to explore the coastline and the Island. The condo was great…..updated, comfortable furniture, and clean. The owners were very welcoming.

Basically from booking and start to finish it was difficult to find fault with anything and like others , picking a premier partner in Kendall was key for us and didn’t disappoint because the whole experience made everything so much easier especially for us as overseas travellers , everything was perfect , location is great for walking to bars and restaurants and the bikes were an added bonus and beach chairs etc, although we were unlucky with the weather so didn't use them but it didnt stop us having a fantastic 3 nights and would highly recommend.

The property was just what we were looking for. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed. It’s close to the beach and the pool is great to relax by. The host (Kendall) was very easy to work with and was quick to answer our questions. Her efforts to help us made the whole booking and check in process a breeze.

This is our 3rd time to Hilton Head and 2nd time for an anniversary retreat. It was the perfect spot for the two of us. We wanted something a little bigger than a hotel room with ability to prepare a meal or two and room to hang out if the weather was unpleasant. I think if a couple with small children or a teenager wanted to stay here it would be fine since the couch does turn into a pull out bed. The owner was very prompt in responding to me when the Vrbo messaging was not working and there was a bottle of sparkling wine and cookies left for us as a nice welcome. The bikes available to use on the property along with beach chairs and an umbrella was a huge plus for staying here. The beach was very close and easy to just walk back to the room when needed. Very close to a shopping plaza, just under a mile if you want to get a nice walk and shop a little or drive to get coffee and breakfast. I forgot my hairdryer and the is one available in the bathroom I did not see listed. We will stay here again and recommend for others to stay.
