We booked this amazing house for us (bride & groom) and our wedding party that were not local. This was the perfect location from local grocery stores, to UVA, and to get to North Garden (venue location). Our wedding party loved the house and being all together for the weekend vs. being in a hotel. The house is so cute, the beds are sooo comfy, and overall it had an amazing vibe!!

Our daughter was getting married at a vineyard in the Charlottesville area and we rented this home to use as our base for a three day weekend. It was perfect for us!

Great location w a variety of restaurants 1/4 mile away. Close to uva football stadium and UVA. A little over a mile to walk to UVA’s corner. Slept 10 comfortably! Nicely decorated and clean plus a hot tub! Host was easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend!

We rented the house during the week of our daughters wedding in Charlottesville. The house was large and spacious with room for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and the main hub for gathering. The house was well appointed with everything needed for a great stay. We will definitely rent the house again for another stay in Charlottesville! The owner was amazing to work with and very attentive.

Location very convenient. The house has a lot of nice features. Has 4 bedrooms and a pull out couch that is counted as a bedroom too but not. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home with 5 bedrooms - K, K, K, K, Q (plus additional bedding options) as well as spacious kitchen and dining areas for a large group. Rachel is a wonderful to work with and attentive to any inquiries. Centrally located to UVA and downtown. Highly recommend!!

It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect...close to stores, the town, and the wedding venue. We would definitely recommend it for large parties.

We rented this home to celebrate a 60th birthday. A group of 7 stayed comfortably in the house. The home is as good as it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and of good quality. The homeowner was easy to work with and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was well stocked, but was missing a few essentials such as a colander. The location is within walking distance of the campus. Several cars can park in the driveway. I highly recommend staying in this home.

This house was beautiful on the inside and outside. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing and the whole house felt very clean. I would definitely stay there again if I come to the area.

A Must Stay!
This place is absolutely divine! From when you walk in the front door to the space/ hottub out back, to all the rooms in the house! Such an inviting space and the open kitchen and master bedrooms-- just wow. We all raved about how comfortable the beds were and how nice the space was. Anything that you need to have a great weekend, they have it. Rachel is a rockstar! So nice and helpful She is dedicated to ensure you have a great stay, communicative and quick to respond from start to finish of your trip. I can't stop raving about how fantastic this place is! Will definitely have to return!

Lovely and pristine, perfect for a holiday!
What a beautiful place to stay in Charlottesville. So close to the grounds of UVA. Big rooms, fabulous large chef’s kitchen open to entertaining spaces. Rachel was very helpful. We highly recommend to others, and definitely will return some day.
