About this house rental
Qualitative restoration for this former Priory classified MH, located near a village steeped in medieval history, 10km south of Poitiers and 20 minutes from Futuroscope.
Wooded park of 4ha with remarkable species, including 2ha of forest with ponds, bordered by the river and hiking trails.
Ideal for peaceful weekends or quiet holidays, with family or friends. 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + a double sofa bed (linen provided).
Tennis, heated swimming pool (June to September), trampoline, private sauna, table tennis and table football, basketball, vegetable garden/orchard depending on the season, chickens, geese and dwarf goats in the park, private enclosed garden, WiFi, connected TV...
Privatization of the entire park is possible at an additional cost (non-refundable and to be paid at the time of booking), or even of all the buildings for a total of 16 beds with a 180 m2 reception room (subject to availability and after on-site visit only).
A private garden of 1000 m2 not overlooked with wooden furniture and charcoal barbecue being nevertheless reserved for travelers.

Very peaceful surroundings (spacious grounds, river and forest) in a quiet hamlet. The property has a long and interesting history with much original material still to be seen. We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable and spacious house.
