About this villa rental

La Bastide des Terriers is an old restored barn of 240 m2 which is located in the heart of the vineyards in southern Ardèche, close to the nature reserve of the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Grotte Chauvet 2. Only ten minutes from the tourist villages of Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, its location allows you to be in the immediate vicinity of all the sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities of this magnificent region.

It can accommodate up to 10 people in excellent conditions of comfort. (air-conditioned at the end of 2026)
It has:
a large living room of 90 m2 (kitchen open to a dining room and a living room)
5 bedrooms – 3 bathrooms – 3 toilets whose distribution: on the first floor 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet and upstairs a master suite + 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet).
a large covered outdoor terrace of 20 m2
a private garden with its private in-ground swimming pool 7*4 (deckchairs and parasols) - alarm + security cover
a barbecue (charcoal)
a bowling alley
We invite you to spend a quiet stay in a preserved environment where you will appreciate the tranquility – Small haven of peace (so don't hesitate any longer 😉)
For stays of more than 3 days and less than 7 days: Decreasing rates contact us.
Discount €120 for any rental of 15 consecutive days between July 3, 2027 and August 21, 2027.
Arrival/Departure times:
- Weekend rental: Arrival 4 pm - Departure 5 pm
- Weekly rental: Arrival 4 pm - Departure 9 am
Mandatory cleaning in addition to be paid to the owners directly on arrival:
- Weekend: 80 € - Week: 120€
Dish towels and household products provided (washing-up liquid and LV product)
Bed linen option: 10 €/bed but free if 15 days of rental.
Towel option: 5 € / person
Swimming pool open on 15/05
In July and August: rental from Saturday to Saturday
Noise is tolerated in respect of the neighborhood. Music at moderate volume, we are 4 people in the hamlet. Good neighborly rule.
We no longer accept all-male groups.
