Een betaalbaar appartement op goede/rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op zwembad.

Aangezien dit een appartement was, was er geen ontbijt inbegrepen. De Eigenaar Chris is makkelijk te bereiken via de App, en Ryan verzorgde alles wat je nodig had. Locatie is geweldig goed, dichtbij MOA en 3 andere winkelcentra. (Double Dragon, Live MET, Walters)

Het appartement heeft grondig onderhoud nodig. De toilet waterbak lekte, en er word alleen schoongemaakt wat je op het 1e oog ziet. Bovenop alles ligt stof, wat door de airco door de kamer geblazen word. Met de eigenaar gesproken, en deze beloofde na ons verblijf hier iets aan te doen. Zwembad moet apart betaald worden, zit niet in de huurprijs.

Amazing unit located a few minutes drive to SM MOA.

Our room was very clean, furnished modernly and came with great AC unit. The owners checked us in and they were really friendly.

Parking - We ended up paying around 900 Php for our overnight parking. We knew there’s no dedicated guest parking available when we booked so this is more of an fyi for future guests.

Pool access should be free not every day need to pay

The place is good

The entrance of the pool shouldn't be every day ,one payment is enough not every day,. Guest will stay and more interested and stay long in there vacation if the pool is free access not every day we need to pay the entrance of 150pesos... Its not clarify also in the booking that there's entrance free in the pool and we need it to pay every day so my family decide to stay only for 1 day because nxt day we need again to pay it...

ac didn’t work, bathroom sink needed repairs, cockroach infested, no one to arrange for a cab for us. all around unit c436 was a bad experience. not likely to do that again

Very good

My Family feel very comfortable with the place. It feels at home however we cannot easily access the pool but all in all our stay is very good. Well recommended to My relatives and Friends who want's to stay in Manila for a vacation.

This is an add on booking as I asked the owner I want to check in at 5am because I am coming in from a flight, been told cannot check in early and there’s no half day rent as well. And I can book another night.

It served the purpose of our stay and we still enjoyed our stay here. I did not take any photos of the room.

Near to airport and near to MOA. The unit is almost complete in amenities, there’s washing machine, kettle, microwave, ref and kitchenwares. There’s towels too.

The guy who met us at the lobby was late or let me say took his own sweet time maybe? But I am not complaining about him as he is very nice and friendly. It’s just that I came in from a flight, haven’t slept the whole night, you just wanted to rest and sleep. So waiting for 10mins is like waiting for 1 hour. Next, there’s a lot of cockroaches in the unit. No wonder on the first day we arrived, the room has a very strong smell of spray, I realised that it’s for the cockroaches. Then the toilet has a bad smell when we removed the cover for the drainage, so I think the smell came from the toilet drainage. Lastly, the swimming pool tiles are broken so my son got a cut on his foot. The management should fix the swimming pool tiles, they are charging every guest regardless of age for 150pesos everyday for the usage of pool and then you cannot even maintain the tiles? There is also one section of the pool that is not open as there’s maintenance on going. So where’s the money going? I think the reason why you are charging every guest on a dialy basis is for you to maintain the pool area. It is okay to pay but make sure facilities are well kept. Even the plastic drainage around the pool area were broken, like super the cover were missing.

The place is really good. Owner and caretaker is very accommodating and nice. Staff of the residence is respectful . The place is clean and amenities is very good.

The pool heater is not on. Its too cold to swim , sayang since its so good for children since its not deep and its wide but children cannot swim longer time cause of cold water. Need to pay 150/head too if your using the pool, so no unlimited swimming 😅Overall its a good place to stay. Ofcourse hotel is much better. However if you prefer cooking doesnt mind the fee of the swimming pool (maybe youre alone or 2) then this place is highly recommended

comfortable and hassle free

The unit is functional and clean, kids love the pool view. The staff helped us to checkin and bring our luggage to the unit as I have 2 kids to take care.

Very small rooms, was supposed to have washing machine but didn't, you have to pay to use the swimming pool and if you don't buy your tickets before Sunday you can't swim and I hope you like cockroaches and ants because there was plenty
