Furnished to a high standard yet cozy, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind in the infrared sauna, sunbathe on the balcony, or wind down the day with friends and family in the spacious living-dining area. We built the house ourselves and focused on luxury. The floors are laid with solid oak planks, the kitchens feature granite countertops, and the infrared saunas—made of Swiss stone pine—as well as the beds were custom-crafted by a carpenter.
In both summer and winter, the Kaiser Mountains are a magnet for active vacationers, families, and those seeking relaxation—and we offer the perfect accommodations for you.
From the Seebach Chalets, you have direct access to the Wilder Kaiser–Brixental ski area—Austria’s largest contiguous ski area, featuring a total of 90 lifts and 280 km of fun on the slopes—as well as to the hiking trails around the Wilder Kaiser and Lake Hinterstein.
Our guests have access to the rented apartment, of course; each apartment has at least two parking spaces in front of the building, and there is a shared ski boot room in the basement, as well as a laundry and drying room and a recreation room with a ping-pong table and foosball table.
On-site fees: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
