Luxurious, fully equipped apartment for a stylish vacation.
New construction / New opening in winter 2020/21. The building was constructed using sustainable methods (materials from the region, including some reclaimed wood for the facade, etc.).
Pets are not allowed in this apartment!
ALPIUM APARTMENTS. ALPIUM is new, ALPIUM is extraordinary—enjoy a luxurious vacation in Flachau, in the Salzburg region—summer and winter alike. Shopping, restaurants, and other highlights are within walking distance. The ski buses depart right outside the front door. The shuttle service to and from Salzburg Airport also departs across the street. Every day, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view from the balcony of the World Championship downhill run and the panoramic scenery. Your ski gear is safely stored in the ski room in individual ski safes. The underground garage is spacious, and there are three charging stations for electric cars available as an option.
All rooms are equipped with high-quality entertainment electronics (UHD TV), high-speed internet, and much more, and are configured so that every guest can activate and enjoy their personal accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Sky, etc.).
Pets are welcome, but are permitted exclusively in the Schneeberg and Hochschwab apartments!
On-site costs: Our apartments are always fully equipped (from dishes, pots, baking sheets, and pans to dish towels, bath towels, sauna towels, bed linens, bathrobes, and much more)
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
