This house was so charming and comfortable.
Both bathrooms were a nice size to be an older home. Beds were comfy!!

This property was perfect for us. We had some work to do, and stayed in when it rained - every chair, bed and sofa is comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could eat in as well. Once the sun came out, we had just one block to walk to get to the stores. Our stay was totally enjoyable, and we will gladly return. We visited Cross Mountain, the LadyBird Johnson municipal park for a nice walk along the river. Further afield, we visited Signor winery for a tasting, and the LBJ ranch.

The CUTEST house! Had a great visit. Comfy beds and very homey vibe. Will definitely try to book here again in the future.

The house is really cute, nicely decorated and furnished. The size was great for two couples and we were able to walk to the restaurants and tasting rooms on Main Street. There’s a great propane fire pit out back which is awesome to sit around and chat while sipping on one of your local purchases and not smell like smoke afterwards. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Loved the house, inside & out. Set up very nicely and host had a very nice layout for morning coffee. Only issue is that the guest bedroom floors creaked loudly but that's to be expected with old houses and wood floors. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was delightful and what a location. So nice to be able to walk downtown and be right in the midst of the activity. Loved the decor! We felt comforted surrounded by words of inspiration and faith in God. Just missing a toaster.

Such a cute place! Would definitely stay there again if I need a 2-bedroom. Great location, provides lots of towels, sheets, pillows, coffee - just felt like home. Didn’t want to leave.
Only negative is the guest room wood floors creak a lot but that’s to be expected in an old Fbg house with original wood floors.

Cute 2 bed, 2 bath house. Clean, well stocked, comfortable king bed in Master (did not sleep in the other room). 2 blocks from Main St. Would rent this house again.

Great location, very clean and spacious rental only 2 short blocks from everything on main Street. There is even a new vineyard on the corner! The fire pit was a wonderful place to wind down after a long drive and a couple glasses of wine. Perfect trip! Wish we could have extended it 1 day to get in a wine tour shuttle.

A few suggestions and or needed attention. There were tiny black ants in the kitchen sink as well as on the table on the counter and the counter. Toilet paper holder was broken. Lack of hot water in the guest bathroom. We had to purchase kitchen trashcan bags.

We didn’t use the garden or fire pit, but it is a decent usable outside space if you have a pet.
Would be great for a family or two couples…we would definitely stay again.

House was comfortable for the 4 of us. Enjoyed the fire pit and back patio at night. Would recommend getting the fire ant hills treated as there are about 3 large ones just off the patio.

A very nice 2 BR house close to Main Street. Well-appointed. The bathtub stopper in the master bath did not work & I really wanted a hot bath after a long bike ride. I texted the property mgr and she was aware of it already. Hopefully, they will get it repaired soon.

Perfect Weekend Stay
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute cottage. The house was very clean and well-appointed--we had everything we needed and the coffee bar in the kitchen was a nice touch. The location is close enough to the shops and restaurants on Main that we walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!
