Doesn’t worth it

The apartment was clean, but the bed linens had not been washed.

I recently stayed at Bucovina View Apartment, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues that significantly affected my comfort. 1. Uncomfortable Mattress – The most important aspect of any accommodation is a good night’s sleep, but the mattress in the bedroom was extremely worn out and in poor condition. It desperately needs to be replaced with a quality one. 2. Poor Window Insulation – The double-glazed windows in the bedroom were fogged up on the inside, indicating a lack of proper insulation. Additionally, they did not provide soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise from passing trucks and cars. 3. Bathroom Sink Issue – The sink splashes water everywhere when turned on suddenly, which is quite inconvenient. 4. Worn-out Furniture – The wardrobe and coat rack in the hallway look very old and outdated, especially when compared to the more modern furniture in the kitchen. 5. Dirty Bed Linen – The bed linen in the living room was not clean; it had stains on it. I had to flip the sheet over, which is unacceptable for a rental property. 6. Rusty Bathtub Faucet – The faucet in the bathtub was rusted, making it look unpleasant and uninviting. 7. Rusty Toilet Flush Button – The toilet flush button was also rusted, which is not hygienic and gives a neglected appearance. Overall, while the apartment has potential, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made my stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.
