El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene unas vistas estupendas al la marina. Estuvimos muy cómodos. La comunicación con el anfitrión también muy buena.
La única pega fue la conexión a internet ya que no llegaba el wifi al apartamento y lo necesitaba para trabajar.

Comfortable flat, well-equipped, lovely view, including flamingoes! The parking area was easy to access but the space was quite tight, there was a lift - the flat is on the third floor. You could take the little ferry to Isla Christina from just below the flat for a few Euros and there were cafes and restaurants nearby - although most were closed when we were there in October. Our satnav didn't have the precise address but we found it using Avenida de la Mojarra and then 2nd left.
The managers were very helpful and enthusiastic.
The flat is a little tired and could do with a bit of a refurb, but it was the end of season.

The apartment is on the first line port, the views are impressives, specially the sunset. It was so nice to have a class of wine and dinner in the terrace.
