About this apartment rental
Just a few minutes from the beach, Luxury Apartment 1.03 is located on the first floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 61 m² of space for 4 people. The apartment features a separate, open-concept bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two people.
You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living area. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower. The open living and dining area is complemented by a cozy couch that can be used as a sleeping area for two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated by sliding slatted doors. The apartment is rounded out by its own sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m).
A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished, covered balcony facing east, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment includes an outdoor parking space for a car. From May through mid-September, a beach chair reserved for this apartment is available on the beach.
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, distributed across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash rooms for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Wunderbarer Lage und nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und haben alles was man benötigt. Eine Klimaanlage wäre in den Sommermonaten empfehlenswert.
