About this apartment rental
This spacious, 80 m² duplex vacation rental accommodates 4–6 people. Free parking is available right next to the house. Bicycles and similar items can be stored in the lockable shed next to the parking space.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the light-filled living/dining area. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be pulled out on the lower level to provide two additional beds. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers and toilets.
There is also a shared laundry room in the building with a washer and dryer (for a fee).
A 10 m² furnished balcony invites you to relax. The shared garden is also available for use. The vacation apartment is within walking distance of Grömitz’s fine-sand beach.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns vom ersten Moment an sehr gefallen.Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Aufmerksam fand ich auch die Handseife in den Bädern.
Das Kinderzimmer war super schön, so mein Sohn.
Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine der schönsten und am liebevollsten ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten. Jeden Morgen Sonnenaufgang über der Ostsee vom großen Balkon, wo im September das Frühstück in der Morgensonne schmeckt. Allein der Weg zum Strand mit 4 Minuten ist doch länger, weil es recht steil ist, so dass wir doch immer das Auto nehmen mussten. Sonst jederzeit wieder

Die Unterkunft liegt in zentraler und ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
