About this villa rental
Ideal for 4 couples of friends or family, 15 minutes from the beach of Santa-Giulia and close to the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica (Palombaggia, Rondinara..) come and enjoy the charms of Corsica in a contemporary villa of 175 m² fully equipped and air-conditioned with its pool-house and its private and secure swimming pool. Not overlooked for this quiet villa, totally fenced and overlooking the maquis. Easily accessible amenities and city center of Porto Vecchio 2 km. Single-storey house except 1 bedroom on the 1st floor.
One of the 4 bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room open onto the terrace equipped with an arbour. The swimming pool (salt treatment) is surrounded by a wooden beach and faces south. It is therefore bathed in sunshine all day in summer. The pool house is equipped with an outdoor shower and toilet as well as a dining area with sink, fridge and electric plancha. A traditional barbecue is located near the pool house. The rest of the garden is wooded. Each bedroom is equipped with its own shower room. The 1st floor is made up only of the master bedroom (bathroom with toilet and double sink). The house also has 2 separate toilets, a living room, a dining room and a large office where it is possible to isolate yourself to telework for example.
The villa is located 1km from a bakery, a Casino supermarket, and it is possible to easily access the entire commercial area of Porto Vecchio via the highway loop.
Figari Sud Corse Airport is only 23 km away and Porto-Vecchio Port is 3 km away.
It is advisable to have a vehicle. You can park within the villa (automatic gate).

Très bien située (proche plages et centre ville) quartier calme et résidentiel. Maison très fonctionnelle pour 4 couples. Extérieur très bien aménagé et sans vis à vis.
Le seul bémol est les moustiques qui piquent sans relâche. Il s’agissait de la première mise en location de la villa,tout s’est très bien passé ; la concierge qui nous a reçu est très sympathique et à l’écoute
