Lavanda 3 welcomes you to Poreč, Istria—a cozy bungalow-style vacation home that’s ideal for families and small groups. With 58 square meters of single-level living space, this vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The location combines the best of both worlds: just 2.5 kilometers from the beach and the lively town center, the house is nevertheless situated in a quiet, green setting. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, while the proximity to the coast invites you to enjoy swimming beaches and waterfront restaurants.
The amenities are well-thought-out and comfortable. The spacious living and dining room, featuring a smart TV and air conditioning, opens onto a covered patio and a fenced-in garden—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing. Two bedrooms offer flexible options: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, plus a high chair for the little ones. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped—stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils are provided.
To unwind after a day out, enjoy the shared outdoor pool with sun loungers or have a barbecue in the garden. A playground is also available. The separate entrance and quiet location guarantee privacy. Wheelchair-accessible, allergy-friendly, and completely smoke-free, the house warmly welcomes guests with special needs. Free Wi-Fi, a safe, and mosquito screens on the windows round out the amenities. Bed linens and towels are included, and if needed, you can arrange for laundry service or an airport pickup service.
Air conditioning is billed separately based on usage at EUR 0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
