Villa Grandissimo is primarily designed for large families, large groups of friends, or companies looking to spend time together in a cozy setting with plenty of space, where everyone can be together under one roof.

The house is designed with this in mind and will provide the perfect setting for an annual family trip, a corporate team-building event, or perhaps a confirmation party with overnight guests.

The house covers 460 m² and is quite unique in that it is all on one level. The house is well-insulated and features underfloor heating in all living areas and radiators in the bedrooms (so you can decide for yourself how warm you want it to be).

The house is located in the town of Harboøre, just 1,800 meters from the nearest beautiful beach on the North Sea, and a few hundred meters from shopping. The house has direct access to a municipal soccer field and playground, complete with large soccer goals, where you can host the annual family soccer tournament. On the other side of the soccer field is the attractive Harboøre Center, which features Café Blæst and a fitness center—to which Villa Grandissimo’s guests have free access. Right next to the Harboøre Center are two excellent supermarkets, both of which have a bakery section.

In front of the house, there is ample parking on the property, which also features a petanque court.

As you step up the single step to enter the house, you’ll find a bright entryway with artwork on the walls and coat racks for outerwear, etc. From here, you also have access to the first and largest of the four bathrooms, which includes a washer and dryer. Through the French doors, you enter the house’s enormous living/dining area and kitchen, spanning over 100 m².

Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, with appliances and tableware for 30 people, including 2 fridge-freezers, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and more. The kitchen features light-colored finishes and offers plenty of space for everyone to lend a hand.

The kitchen opens onto the large dining room, which features a massive oak dining table that seats 30 people—the perfect spot for cozy dinners or perhaps the annual Christmas party. There’s also a play area for the younger guests. There is also a 55" SMART TV here.

From the dining room, there is access to a cozy children’s room with 4 bunk beds (190 x 70 cm—large enough for “adults” to sleep there as well) for a total of 8 people.

In addition, there is access to another activity room/bedroom (a comfortable sofa bed—200×140 with room for 2 people) and a full-size table tennis table, as well as an electronic dartboard.

The enormous living room also features a bar and a Bluetooth speaker, a professional pool table, table soccer, and—last but not least—a large sofa arrangement with custom-designed sofas, so the whole family or group of friends can gather to watch that important soccer game or perhaps a good movie from Netflix on the large, approximately 70" SMART TV.

At the far end of the living room, there are three additional comfortable bedrooms (each sleeping two people—six people total), as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower.

From the living room, there’s also access to a hallway leading to seven more comfortable bedrooms (two rooms that sleep three people and four rooms that sleep two people—accommodating a total of 14 people). There is also another bathroom with a shower here.

All bedrooms (except for the bunk beds in the “children’s room”) are furnished with box spring mattresses. There are comfortable comforters and pillows in the house, but you’ll generally need to bring your own bedding (sheets, comforter covers, and pillowcases), though these can also be easily purchased at Jysk in the neighboring town of Lemvig.

Villa Grandissimo also features a lovely wellness area with an indoor swimming pool heated to a comfortable 28 degrees, as well as a luxurious and spacious spa that automatically draws water from the pool—with the correct water parameters—via a button on the wall. . There is also access to a small but functional sauna and another bathroom with a shower.

From the living room, the pool area, and one of the
