Las apariencias engañan

Ubicación y el diseño de la habitación.

Las paredes son de papel -de fumar-. Se escucha todo lo que hacen y dicen de todas la habitaciones. Nos tocó que la habitación de al lado, justo en la cabecera de la cama, un perrito que de vez en cuando ladraba. No pudimo descansar el ratito de siesta. Hubo que llamar al propietario a las 24 00 h y desde ese momento no se escuchó nada más.

Superb family accommodation

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and the location in potes was superb. Everything you need was nearby including shops restaurants etc.. All in all really happy and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Our apartment while attached to the main building was actually outside of the main gates. Probably this was the only apartment available for the dates we wanted but this maybe could be clearer at time of booking. A kettle would have been handy as well.

Very nice and clean, would stay here again no problem.

Perfect location and very clean and quiet.

Our room was on the top floor so if stairs are a problem make sure you mention it when booking (we didn’t but we were able to use the stairs)

Well positioned but make sure you don’t end up in an attic room!

The location was excellent as it is right in the town centre - it’s so nice to be able to walk everywhere! Very welcoming staff although it would have been good to have some information in English e.g. where the bins were, etc. It was good to have the pool to cool down in and it was mostly peaceful there to relax after a walk. The beds were comfortable and considering the age of the apartment, which meant no air conditioning, it wasn’t too hot at night.

The living area of the apartment is cramped because of the large furniture and the chairs were very low and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. We really missed having any outside space or communal area to use apart from the pool. It was very disappointing to see a pile of rubble (collapsed building) from the windows.

Pleasant apartments close to Potes centre

Helpful staff, pleasant apartments. We wouldn't have liked to have cooked a huge meal in the kitchen, but it was perfectly adequate for breakfasts and snacks. And the washing machine was a bonus! And I'm sure the lady on reception would have brought us anything we were short of (she turned up with a kettle shortly after we arrived, so that could make tea!) We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't great, but it looked lovely and clean.

Pleasant

Location and staff.

No.2 was dark and inspiring, particularly the bathroom and kitchen. Very little kitchen equipment,we only had 2 nights so not a problem for us! No instructions in English,so out with our dictionary!

Good location and service

Check-in was fast and effective. The location is awesome, close to the center but not in the middle of all the noise. Free Parking nearby is also very good and convenient. The attention from the staff was excellent

The worst part of the stay was the bathroom, very small and uncomfortable. The shower has a tiny curtain that did not fit its purpose. Also, as a guest I would have appreciated some paper napkins or similar in the kitchen and a bigger fridge

Comfortable and spacious apartment

It was a lovely stay in the gem of Spain - Potes. Only 5 mins walk from the charming town center. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Free parking space is near.

Too dark, as are a lot of Spanish homes!

Beautiful villa

It was amazing for the price. 3 bedrooms but it had 4 beds. It was like a home away from home.

Parking was difficult but didn't mind walking a bit.

Great hotel

Was a nice spacious hotel with rooms etc Breakfast was ok , just basic one

Beautiful apt but shame we were not told the pool would be closed.

I booked the property as the title page had a pool. We also got an email specifically saying the pool would be open but it wasn’t. And there was no reason given. It was still in Spanish summer months. The apt was nice and a lovely balcony but it the pool was the reason I booked it.

Great location to some great cafes/restaurants in the old part of town.

Very dark. We had the lounge light on during the day. No wine glasses No where to dry clothes even though there was a washer

Our stay was very good and we really enjoyed the town.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from the points of interest, stores and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and has the necessary items for a pleasant stay.

You can hear the noise from other apartments. Our neighbors stayed with a dog, went out and left the dog barking for a lot of time, that was very annoying.

Nice place in a mountain village, shame there was no were to sit in the Apartment.

The Apartment location was great and the complex was lovely, it was a 5 min walk to the main street but was nice and quite. The bed rooms were under served, one had a wardrobe and the other had this box thing? so in that room we lived out of our bags, the kitchen was fine.

The pictures they show you are from all Apartments, not the from the one you are booking and the same for the description of the one you booked, We were 2 sets of adults. The seating consisted of 4 stools in the kitchen area, a single sofa bed and a comfy chair which we all fought over. We dont speak Spanish so i could not see the point of complaining at the time. When we got home i contacted the place via Bookings and as you would expect its my fault for not sorting out there and then. So VERY NICE PLACE JUST MAKE SHORE YOU GET YOUR ROOM SORTED, we had Apartment 13.
