Villa with a beautiful ocean view and a pool, located in the private Cala Rossa estate, just a 2-minute walk from the estate’s beaches. The villa features 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with an en suite bathroom, plus 3 additional shower rooms, 4 separate toilets, a living room opening onto a terrace with ocean views and a TV area, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, and a sun deck. Renovated in 2020, the rooms are bright and tastefully decorated. The Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa restaurant, spa, and the private estate’s beaches are all nearby.

- a bedroom with a 140-size bed, its own shower room, toilet, and floor-to-ceiling window
- laundry room with washer and dryer
On the half-level: - a bedroom with a 140-size bed, its own bathroom and shower, floor-to-ceiling window
- a separate toilet
- a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed and storage
The living areas are on the upper level, offering a beautiful view of the sea. The living area opens onto the terrace, featuring a TV lounge area and a very well-equipped separate kitchen. Air conditioning throughout. You can enjoy views of the Mediterranean from the outdoor terraces, whether you’re comfortably settled on a sofa or gathered around the dining table for a cozy meal. The saltwater pool measures 9 x 3.50 m.
Linens are provided, and 6 hours of housekeeping per week are included in the rate.
