Very good except for not changing my room to a room with balcony for few days at least !!!!

Bed was really comfy Location excellent: just few minutes from bus stop to down town Breakfast excellent with wide variety ... love the salmon ! Water w lemon in the reception Transportation card makes my stay easy !

Small room without balcony. I requested to change it whenever possible especially I was staying for 8 days, 2 different staff at reception refused as its not possible & this what I paid for !!! But it turned out that this was the only room without balcony. I really did not like their answer. 8 days stay is long period enough to promote me to a different room with balcony!

Brilliant! Worth the price and excellent service.

Perfect sized room and well appointed. Tons of natural light coming in. Very comfortable bed! Staff very super friendly and very helpful especially the front office. location is 5 min walk from the train station. very easy to move about from here. The terrace was perfect for the evening unwind.

Quality hotel with friendly staff and large rooms.

Lovely room which was a nice upgrade. Ample space. 5 min walk to railway station. Nice breakfasts. Friendly staff.

The location and short walk to most attractions. Classic room design.

Furniture is a bit aged and room size is not exactly big. Nonetheless not a big complain here and overall stay is average and within expectation.

beautiful building with a lot of character. family room was exceptionally large as was the bathroom. breakfast was good with friendly staff.

Ideal location just up from the stadium, welcoming staff and atmosphere and one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in!

Great and confortable room for family with small kids but the location are quite far from Lausanne train station and rou

Early check in at 12pm. Provided apples and candy free of charge at reception. Clean and huge room. Provided gift for the kids. I.e Pencil colour and books.

Around 20 minutes from Lausanne train station to hotel. Not suitable if have a lot of luggage. No bus available to the hotel. Wifi connections are limited to 4 devices only. Not stroller friendly. Need to go through stair at hotel entrance.

Great location for short visit to Lausanne

Great location, only 5 mins walk from the train station and 15 mins walk to the Olympics museum. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel decor and facilities are quite old fashioned but our room was great, plenty of space, comfy bed and view down to Lake Geneva.

Overpriced, noisy location, and bad air-conditioning.

Overall, in spite of the small room, it was a nice hotel with a comfortable, well appointed lobby and a decent breakfast.

As I mentioned already, the receptionist was snooty, but my biggest complaint besides that is that it seemed a bit pricey for being on a busy road that was noisy. The air conditioning that they bragged about having was very inadequate.

There was a problem with the reservations or something. The room was not ready and I had to wait for check-in for more than an hour. The staff was quite responsive and compensated me with a nicer room in the end.

, comfortable bed, and the lake view is worth the extra money. got of a trek with luggage from the train station.

very clean, staff very friendly, happy and helpful. I took room with balcony facing lake Geneva, was lovely to sit out and incredible view.

breakfast wasn’t so good, bacon very dry and lukewarm, scrambled eggs a bit rubbery. rest of it was good, and the staff again were excellent.
