This seemed more of a resort than hotel. Atmosphere was just magical. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. It was close to the cable car, hiking, and the town. The views were simply amazing as well. The staff was very kind engaging the food in the restaurant was so good. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options.
Everything was superb, nothing negative

We loved the location of the hotel and the beautiful views from our balcony. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and they made the check in and check out process very easy. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.
It’s a bit of a busy area with the gondola station next door, so it can be kind of noisy in the morning if you are a light sleeper (we understand this is out of the hotel’s control). It would have been nice to use the sauna during our stay on the colder days.

Spacious, newly renovated rooms. The hotel is located right at the trailhead to the lake
