Oceanfront, on the PESCARA/Montesilvano border, just a short walk from LIDO TORTUGA and a few kilometers from DOWNTOWN PESCARA, we have a charming, RENOVATED apartment featuring a SPACIOUS ROOM with a bed and a double sofa bed, a separate KITCHEN, a bathroom with a BATHTUB and a washer-dryer, a comfortable TERRACE WITH OCEAN VIEWS, on-site PARKING, AIR CONDITIONING, a 55" MAXI SCREEN TV, and all amenities.
Across from the SWIMMING POOLS of the Le Naiadi National Sports Center, a large NATURE RESERVE, and tennis and soccer fields.
The area is stunning, nestled between the sea and the beaches, surrounded by the Santa Filomena Nature Reserve, and adjacent to the Le Naiadi National Sports Center, which features sports fields and a gorgeous outdoor pool where you can book a wonderful swim facing the sea during a summer sunset.
Rounding out the experience is the “strada parco,” a dedicated bike and pedestrian path that connects seamlessly all the way to the center of Pescara.
If you head straight out along the Riviera or its bike path, you’ll reach the center of Pescara in just a few kilometers.
You can also take advantage of the many scooters (ELBIX) scattered throughout the Riviera to quickly and comfortably reach any part of the city.
It’s also convenient to drive here, thanks to the on-site parking and the proximity to the main highway interchange, which allows you to quickly reach any highway to explore Abruzzo!
