Staff - Vanessa and her colleagues - were fantastic. Attentive and professional, great recommendations and appreciated from a "local" point of view. Location was perfect for my first trip. So easy to walk or catch the tram or metro. Room - spacious, comfortable and clean.
Other guests in the hallway or groups visiting from room to room were loud. Not the hotel's fault, but it's an old building and not soundproofed so guests who need absolute silence should be prepared.

Once I got used to all the different fobs & keys to get in, it was fine. The room was great & Mohamad was very helpful with directions & maps.
The entrance was a bit difficult to find & making my way to my room was intimidating until I understood the sequence.

The staff is welcoming and wonderful. It was a spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Need landmark to find the door ( so just to the right of the Wok restaurant). It was a great find
Staff, location, room were above expectations
