Ein "einmaliges" Erlebnis - Für uns sicher kein zweites Mal
Die Lage der Wohung ist pefekt für einen Strandurlaub. Es sind 2 Gehminuten zum Strand und vom Balkon aus kann man das Meeresrauschen schon hören. Es gibt ein zusätzliches separates WC. Die Betten waren für uns auch in Ordnung. Das war es aber auch schon mit dem Positiven.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung ist uns sofort der schlechte Reinigungszustand aufgefallen. Der Boden war sichtbar voll mit Sand, Haaren, Flusen und Gummibärchen der Vormieter. Dies haben wir umgehend dem Verwalter (Vermieter), der Traumurlaub FDZ GmbH, mitgeteilt. Leider hatte ich eine spürbar überforderte und genervte Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, die mir recht "freundlich" erklärten, dass heute schließlich viel los sei und die Wohnung daher noch nicht gecheckt werden konnte. Wir sind ca. 17.00 Uhr angekommen, die Wohnung hätte ab 16.00 Uhr bezugsfertig sein sollen! Eine sehr saubere Wohnung konnten wir jedenfalls nicht feststellen. Nach unserer Rückkehr vom Abendessen, ca. 20.00 Uhr, hatte sich der Reinigungszustand nicht verändert. Nur die Kurkarten lagen nun auch auf dem Tisch. Es war also noch einmal jemand in der Wohnung. Wir haben dann selbst Hand angelegt und erst einmal soweit sauber gemacht. Zur Sicherheit habe ich den Mangel auch noch einmal schriftlich, in Form einer E-Mail, an die Traumurlaub FDZ GmbH mitgeteilt. Die nichtssagende Antwort kam rund 2 Tage später, man werde die Mitarbeiter über die Wichtigkeit der Reinigung noch einmal informieren. Mehr "Es interessiert uns nicht" geht aus meiner Sicht nicht! Später habe ich in der Wohnung sogar noch Spuren vom Hausbau gefunden. Das sagt mir alles über die hier stattfindende "Reinigung".
Die Ausstattung im allgemeinen ist sehr spartanisch. Es fehlt an Ablageflächen. Das ist vor allem im Bad für eine 4-köpfige Familie eine Herausforderung. Es gibt nur ein sehr kleines Regal, welches auf dem Boden steht. Manche Ausstattungsgegenstände waren beschädigt (Stehlampe) bzw. hatten ihre besten Zeiten auch schon hinter sich. An den Wänden fanden sich verschiedene Insektenleichen, da es nur in den Schlafzimmern ein, mit Klebeband befestigtes, Insektengitter gab.
Unterm Strich sehr enttäuschend. Urlaub bei diesem Verwalter (Vermieter) wird für uns ein einmaliges Erlebnis bleiben!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schön hell und hatte alles was man im Alltag benötigt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
