Amazing views of pool and sea from the patio, location was in walking distance to the beach, kids had an amazing time, safe and secure venue that is very well maintained. The luxurious king-sized bed in the main bedroom was a pleasant surprise. Mel was an excellent host who tended to all requests timeously. The unit is fully stocked and truly feels like home away from home.

Would have preferred the unit to be cleaned daily instead of alternate days. Parking for additional vehicles within the complex is limited to one, but provision can be made for additional parking, provided that the request is given 24 hours in advance, overall minor issues experienced in an otherwise amazing experience of Balito.

everything was beautifully presented on arrival. Its walking distance to the beach and ideally located for getting to shops.

It wasn't a problem, but the kitchen has no small sharp knives. The bin cupboard falls right down onto the floor if you don't hold it.

Everything was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a TV in the bedroom and lounge was an absolute bonus. Gas stove inside was excellent. Braai available, pool was spotlessly clean.

The dining room table was shaky. The TVs could be a little bigger. The unit should be serviced daily not every second day.

Position. Never saw staff, so can’t comment.

Garbage bin is not the easiest to use, and so small. There were no spare bin bags, went to get from the manager.

The location was top notch. The view of the beach was breathtaking. The beach is a short walk from the apartment and it was safe to walk in the area. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.

Everything was great. So we were happy with everything.
