The hotel is near the Malpensa airport and they have a shuttle that they can send by reservation and it costs 20 euros. Overall, it's very convenient if you want to be near the airport. And also they have good options for breakfast.
I asked for flip-flops and they didn't have it.

Very good for a tree star. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. 7 euros for breakfast was very cheap and a big spread of food was available
Was quite far from airport

Friendly staff, closeness to the train station.
The heating was not enough and I spent the night in the Betlemme cave.
