The room and large balcony with views over Lake Garda was a highlight, making a great room absolutely amazing.
The staff were exceptionally good - thoughtful, prompt and very helpful, even when asked to accommodate my husband's gluten intolerance. The location with garden and pool immediately next to the lake was peaceful yet with very easy access to all the activities along the promenade and in the town of Salo. We will be going to this hotel again!
Nothing was missing or problem

Room, Breakfast, Lunch, Lake access and Staff (especially Giovanna ) are the main features. All are excellent.
Parking is expensive and extremely tight.
They have great food, but dont offer dinner, which is a surprise. It would be a great option given the facilities.

Good location overlooking the lake.
Maybe a bit tired but the staff and location made up for any negatives.

The room was large and very comfortable. The pool area was very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a few minutes stroll to bars and restaurants. Giovionna took really good care of us at breakfast
