Good instructions for check-in. A clean, compact room with an effective air conditioning. Quiet. Good location.
Very small fridge. Fourth floor, no elevator.

The room is very modern, clean and has everything you might need during your stay. The check-in, and check-out processes were smooth. The owner was quick in replying to my messages. There are many restaurants & cafes nearby.
Even though there is a reception area, there was no staff present. I would have preferred someone to be there, at least during the day.
