The location was excellent being on the water-front and close to the ferry. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant menu was geared toward a particiular type of clientele. It made me want to explore food offerings elsewhere.

Brilliant room that’s been well designed. We overlooked the lake. First-ever hotel bathroom that has bench space. First room ever that has a shower only with no bath which is also perfect. Staff are great and breakfast is so good with the best selection of fruit I have ever seen in a hotel. You also can not ask for a more perfect location

Location was superb. Right near the water. Very close to ferry station and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing. We were able to che k into our room early, which was amazing after a long flight.
The room was smaller than expected and tight to move around. No iron or ironing board in the room, however there was one iron near the restaurant that could be used.

The staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient and the hotel has a classic charm.
I booked a Lake View room expecting a peaceful and panoramic view of Lake Como, but unfortunately it overlooked the busier side with traffic and activity rather than the relaxing scenery I had hoped for. The room was also quite small and had a slight old smell, which affected the overall experience.
