About this apartment rental
This comfortable, newly furnished and decorated, bright 3-room apartment measures 54 square meters and offers plenty of space for 4 people. There is also a new, large sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The apartment has its own covered parking space (carport). In addition to a large open-concept living-dining area with a sleeper sofa, the apartment features two separate, newly furnished bedrooms: one with a large box-spring double bed and the other with two single beds. All rooms can be darkened with exterior roller shades. All rooms have very fast Wi-Fi. The apartment also features a large, modern SMART TV with Netflix access.
For small children, the apartment also provides a high chair and a fold-out crib.
The very spacious living-dining area features a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find a charming retro refrigerator with a freezer compartment (including drinks for your arrival day), a ceramic-top stove with an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, another coffee maker, as well as a toaster, a kettle, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans, and plenty of cooking utensils.
The newly renovated, bright bathroom with natural light invites you to relax in the bathtub. There are plenty of large and small towels available for each guest.
For small children, the apartment also provides a high chair and a fold-out crib.

We were a family of 5 and stayed for 3 nights over Christmas. The apartment was very clean and was spacious enough for us all. Kitchen had everything that we needed and was nice to see a bath in the bathroom which came in handy after a day out sightseeing. There was a nice welcome treat left for us on the kitchen table which we appreciated. We also utilised the car space on offer. Dresden city centre was only a short drive away. Overall was a cosy stay at this apartment.

This apartment is very well situated within Dresden for a stay up to a month or so. The closest tram station, Hebbelplatz, is just a stone throw away and opens up the entire city and surroundings to you.
A Kaufland is within walking distance, but you want to use a car for bigger items or initial grocery run. The Doner place around the corner can be recommended as well as the Apollon Greek restaurant. Don't miss that.
The apartment itself works well for two people and maybe children. We had relatives stay for a few days and with 5 adults it gets a little crowded. The kitchen is small but very functional and has everything you need.
If you have problems climbing stairs, be aware that there is no elevator.

Lovely apartment, pretty good location (as described). Very poor communication. I messaged a few weeks before check in to ask that the sofa bed be made up and he replied saying it would. I then messaged a few days before check in to confirm and had no reply. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up as requested. I then asked a few simple questions throughout our stay which did not receive a response. (I asked if there was a dish brush and for some help with how to use the dishwasher).
After a few days of this silence I called the phone number to see if I could talk to him on the phone and the number was disconnected or something. Overall 4/5, only because the place was so nice.

We really liked the apartment. It was very clean and welcoming. The only issue we had was we did not expect to have so many steps to climb with luggage. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
