It was clean and easy to access

Very small, toilet was practically under the sink. There was no lift.

Nice room, comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Cafe in lobby was wonderful and served great food/drinks. Also vending machine with snacks and drinks.

Very comfortable and clean. We used this hotel as a stop along the Camino. it’s out of town however buses run every 6mins into Pamplona for 3Euro. Great cafe close by for breakfast. Close to the main road for buses. Quiet and comfortable

location is 10mins by bus into Pamplona and buses run regularly.

the room had a massive balcony and excepted dogs. it also had a cafe bar downstairs.

when we booked and notified them we had two dogs it wasn’t till check in they informed that it was an extra 15 euros per dog per night. so what we thought was reasonable wasn’t.

Good location for the Camino, sensible price, good facilities. Absolutely no complaints

Cheap ,parking was secured up hill steep ramp. Bathroom was good ..

I did poor research before booking. The hotel is central in a town ,tower block and such ..not indicative of village Spanish we have been staying in.

we struggled with parking

Clean light and spacious with friendly and helpful check in staff. Secure parking. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. A pleasant 30min or so walk into the city centre following the pilgrims trail, we'll needed after a long motorbike ride.

Some may find the walk to the city too far, fear not plenty of busses do the route. We walked back along the main road as it was better lit and didn't feel unsafe.

Very friendly welcome and a clean room.

Wasn't sure why we had to share our room with a set of bunk beds. These beds took up most of the spare space blocking the window desk and tv.

Perfect as part of a motorbike trip. Chosen for its parking but the rest was good as well!

staff was really friendly , location to explore Pamplona was perfect just 10 minutes away and private parking .
