Very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, nice comfortable room, lovely garden. Super-duper hotel.
If I have one suggestion, they could provide water coolers to save on trips to the shop to buy bottled water. Or it could be that they have this and I just didn't find it.

Location and staff and breakfast
The weather. It was a bad timing due to storm. But everything is fine.

Location ok central sitges. Can walk from the station and to the beach and all restaurants/bars.
Very dated rooms with bare minimum facilities (no kettle, coffee maker, UK TV channels etc)
Def not a 3 star
Pillows virtually flat
Breakfast very poor: hot food cold and cold food congealed it was left out too long
Very noisy room directly onto street
